Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the plan price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Charges appear on your card statement as PARTECH or as the name of the BgRemovit tool you subscribed to (for example, "Canva Image Enhancer").

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us:

• On bgremovit.com: open Account → Billing Portal. This opens our secure billing portal (powered by Stripe), where you can cancel your subscription.
• Inside the BgRemovit app for Canva: open the subscription / manage billing link in the app, which opens the same billing portal.
• Or e-mail [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We will confirm by e-mail once it is done.

Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. After that date your account returns to the free plan.

Deleting the app, uninstalling it from Canva, or simply no longer using the service does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel using one of the methods above.

Paid features are made available to your account as soon as a payment succeeds, so each paid period counts as delivered from that moment, whether or not you use the features during it. Every image or video you process runs on paid GPU servers, and that compute cost is incurred the moment a job runs and cannot be recovered. For these reasons, all payments, including automatic renewals, are non-refundable once processed, and we do not give full or partial refunds for unused time, unused credits or a period in which you did not use the service.

The only exceptions, where we will refund a charge, are:

• you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after your cancellation had already taken effect;
• a paid feature did not work because of a problem on our side, you reported it to [email protected], and we were unable to fix it within a reasonable time;
• a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

E-mail [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge (or the last four digits of the card). We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster, and a dispute does not stop the subscription from renewing.

Free usage does not require payment and is never charged. If an offer includes a free or discounted first period, the regular price shown at checkout is charged when that period ends unless you cancel before then.

We may update this policy. The version in effect when you were charged applies to that charge. Questions: [email protected].
