Terms of Service

BgRemovit is operated by Parko Tech, Inc. ("we", "us"). These terms cover bgremovit.com, the BgRemovit apps for Canva and any related pages and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in (including through Canva or Google) or using the Service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

The Service provides AI tools for images and video, such as background removal and replacement, image and video enhancement, photo restoration, virtual try-on and image generation. Results are produced automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate or imperfect; review them before you rely on or publish them.

Free plans have usage limits. Paid plans give more usage or more features as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove a paid feature you rely on, contact us and we will work out a fair solution, which may include a refund.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices and the billing period are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and pause paid features until the balance is paid or the subscription is cancelled.

You keep all rights to the images, videos, text and other material you upload ("Input") and to the results the Service creates for you ("Output"), to the extent the law allows. You give us a limited licence to store and process your Input and Output only to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not use your Input or Output to train our own AI models.

You must have the rights and any permissions needed for your Input, including consent from people shown in it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexualises minors, or is used to harass, deceive or impersonate others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

• Do not try to break, overload or bypass limits or security of the Service, or access it with scripts other than our published interfaces.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.
• Do not use the Service to create misleading content about real people, or for anything unlawful.

Some features rely on third parties, such as Canva (when you use our apps there), Google sign-in, Stripe for payments and AI model providers. Their own terms apply to your use of their services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as your content rights, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will post the new version here with a new date and, where appropriate, tell you by e-mail or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
